IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) – Overview: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Government Polytechnic Ghosi Mau plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of education and institutional performance. The IQAC is headed by Rama Pandey Mam, who leads various initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in academic and administrative activities. The primary objective of IQAC is to develop a systematic approach for quality enhancement by implementing best practices, monitoring teaching-learning processes, and ensuring effective utilization of resources. IQAC regularly organizes meetings, collects feedback from students and faculty, and works on improving curriculum delivery, infrastructure, and student support services. It also promotes innovation, documentation, and transparency within the institution. Through its consistent efforts, IQAC helps in building a culture of quality, accountability, and excellence, contributing significantly to the overall development of the college.
